She’s Alive!

FSyufy.com is finally online, thanks to the remarkable web design talents of the multi-faceted Martine Carlsen. Our new children’s book, Lucy, the Loch Ness Llama is also available from that site at a fantastic discount from the publisher’s price. I can modestly say that if you love Disney stories, you’ll really love Lucy. An unbiased reader recently told me that when she read it, the story reminded her very much of Bambi. I think the resemblance is wholly because of Martine’s brilliant illustrations. I owe so much to Martine’s talents that I can never possibly repay her.

This drawing shows Victor teaching Lucy how to swim underwater, which, of course, requires her to be able to hold her breath for long periods of time. I was so impressed that Martine showed Lucy’s normally curly eyelashes straightened out with the effort. That’s just one example of her incredible talent, which I hope to share with the world. Am I excited about this book? Do you blame me?
